Weight Loss Jello Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Cold water or diet soda
  • 1 cup Fresh fruits (optional) Avoid fresh pineapple and papaya
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free whipped cream (optional topping) Per serving

Instructions
 

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
  • Pour sugar-free gelatin packets into a large mixing bowl.
  • Carefully pour boiling water over gelatin and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add 2 cups of cold water or diet soda and stir well to combine.
  • Add fresh fruit if desired while mixture is still slightly warm.
  • Pour into individual serving cups or a large baking dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until completely set and firm.
  • Serve and top with sugar-free whipped cream if desired. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Refrigeration time of 4 hours is required for proper setting. Can be prepared up to 5 days in advance.
