Strawberry Acai Refresher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Acai berry pulp or powder
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 0.75 cup Apple juice or white grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 handful Fresh mint leaves Optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add acai berry pulp or powder to your blender, breaking up any frozen chunks if using pulp.
  • Add fresh or frozen strawberries to the blender.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and apple juice.
  • Add honey or agave syrup to taste.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice for brightness and balance.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes, about halfway.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  • Stir well to combine and chill further.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries, mint leaves, or a strawberry slice on the rim.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, use frozen acai pulp or powder. Adjust sweetness and milk ratio based on your preference. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
