Instructions
Gather all ingredients and wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Slice them into small pieces to release their natural juices.
Fill a tall glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Pour 1 tablespoon of acai juice concentrate into the glass. Adjust amount based on preferred strength.
Add the sliced fresh strawberries to the glass and gently press a few berries against the ice using a spoon to release flavor.
Pour in 1/4 cup white grape juice for natural sweetness and balance.
Squeeze 1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into the mixture.
Top the glass with 3/4 cup of water or sparkling water, depending on your preference for still or fizzy.
Add 1 tablespoon of agave or simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly and distribute the acai juice evenly throughout the drink.
Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves and a strawberry slice on the rim for a café-style presentation.
