Fresh lemon juice

Fresh ginger root, grated

Cayenne pepper

Raw honey or maple syrup

Warm filtered water
Instructions
Pour 8 ounces of warm filtered water into a glass or mug.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the water.
Add 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root to the mixture.
Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper and stir thoroughly.
Add optional honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Drink immediately while still warm for optimal digestion support.
Notes
Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Can be made in larger batches and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
