Pink Salt Weight Loss Detox Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper approximately 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey or maple syrup optional
  • 8 ounces Warm filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Pour 8 ounces of warm filtered water into a glass or mug.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root to the mixture.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper and stir thoroughly.
  • Add optional honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
  • Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Drink immediately while still warm for optimal digestion support.

Notes

Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Can be made in larger batches and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
