Pink Gelatin Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (3 oz) Sugar-free pink gelatin powder
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced Optional
  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt Optional topping
  • To taste leaves Fresh mint Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour sugar-free pink gelatin powder into a heat-safe bowl. Add one cup of boiling water and stir vigorously for two minutes until completely dissolved with no remaining granules.
  • Let the gelatin mixture cool for about five minutes, then stir in one cup of cold water to help cool and prepare for setting.
  • Distribute fresh strawberry slices among serving cups or a large glass dish. Pour the gelatin mixture evenly over the fruit.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours or until completely set and firm. Overnight refrigeration is ideal for best results.
  • Serve directly from cups or cut into cubes if using a baking dish. Top with Greek yogurt and fresh mint garnish.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to five days for convenient grab-and-go snacking throughout your week.

Notes

Total refrigeration time is 4 hours minimum. Sugar-free gelatin is essential for weight loss benefits. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
