Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • cup Olive oil extra virgin preferred
  • 6 –8 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ to 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • ¼ cup Parsley finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan optional but delicious
  • ½ cup Pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Cook Your Spaghetti: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
    Infuse the Olive Oil: Heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until light golden. Add chili flakes and let sizzle for 30 seconds.
    Add Your Pasta: Toss cooked spaghetti in the garlic oil. Add pasta water to create a glossy sauce.
    Finish With Parsley & Parmesan: Turn off heat, stir in parsley, and sprinkle parmesan if desired. Adjust salt and seasoning to taste.
    Serve Immediately: Plate hot and enjoy the authentic Italian flavors.
