Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and completely drained (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ cup chopped water chestnuts optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
    Add 1 full packet of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix and mix well.
    Add the drained spinach, chopped green onions, and chopped water chestnuts (if using).
    Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture looks thick.
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the dried vegetables to soften.
    Taste and adjust salt and pepper after chilling.
    Serve chilled with veggies, chips, crackers, or bread.
