Instructions
Melt the Butter and Sauté Garlic: In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.Add Cream: Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream. Stir continuously and warm gently without boiling.Thicken the Sauce (Optional): Whisk in 1 tablespoon of gluten-free flour or cornstarch for a thicker consistency. Simmer 2–3 minutes.Add Parmesan Cheese: Gradually add ¾ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.Season: Add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg (optional). Adjust seasonings to taste.Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish. Serve immediately over gluten-free pasta, chicken, vegetables, or as desired.
