Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.Cube the donuts into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared dish.In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream (optional), sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth. Pour over donuts and let sit 10 minutes.Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and set. Brush with melted butter halfway if desired.For glaze: whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed.Drizzle glaze over baked pudding. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon sugar or nuts on top.Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh berries.
