Instructions
Prepare your glass and set it aside. This will be your serving vessel for the gelatin drink.
Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a gentle boil or is steaming hot. Avoid using water that's too hot as it may damage the beneficial properties.
Pour the hot water into your glass, then slowly add the unflavored gelatin powder while stirring continuously for 2–3 minutes until completely dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool for about 2–3 minutes before adding other ingredients.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the gelatin mixture and stir well.
Add the honey or sweetener, along with the ginger powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Stir thoroughly.
Add a small pinch of black salt or sea salt for mineral content and balanced flavor. Adjust sweetness and spice levels to your preference.
Give the mixture a final stir and consume warm immediately, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours to enjoy chilled.
Notes
For best results, consume daily. Can be enjoyed warm or chilled. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours for jelly-like consistency.
