Dr Gupta Gelatin Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin powder Use grass-fed or high-quality collagen powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Fresh squeezed only
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or organic sweetener Adjust to taste preference
  • 1 cup Warm water Steaming but not boiling
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger powder or fresh ginger Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper Optional, for metabolism boost
  • 1 pinch Black salt or sea salt For mineral content and flavor

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your glass and set it aside. This will be your serving vessel for the gelatin drink.
  • Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a gentle boil or is steaming hot. Avoid using water that's too hot as it may damage the beneficial properties.
  • Pour the hot water into your glass, then slowly add the unflavored gelatin powder while stirring continuously for 2–3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for about 2–3 minutes before adding other ingredients.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  • Add the honey or sweetener, along with the ginger powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Stir thoroughly.
  • Add a small pinch of black salt or sea salt for mineral content and balanced flavor. Adjust sweetness and spice levels to your preference.
  • Give the mixture a final stir and consume warm immediately, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours to enjoy chilled.

Notes

For best results, consume daily. Can be enjoyed warm or chilled. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours for jelly-like consistency.
