  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove wings from oven and toss with your favorite sauce: Buffalo, honey garlic, BBQ, or teriyaki.
Serve immediately with sides like celery sticks, carrot sticks, ranch dip, fries, or coleslaw for a complete party platter.
