Instructions
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat gently over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling.Add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips to the warm milk and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.Taste the mixture and add sugar if needed. Stir in a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.Remove the saucepan from heat and slowly stir in the Baileys Irish Cream until fully combined.Pour the Baileys hot chocolate into mugs.Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
