  • 1 packet Unflavored gelatin powder 2.5 teaspoons
  • 1 cup Water or sugar-free fruit juice Can use bone broth for keto variation
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener Stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup of water or sugar-free fruit juice into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Do not boil.
  • Add the unflavored gelatin powder to the hot liquid, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until completely dissolved with no lumps.
  • Remove from heat and stir in your chosen sweetener, adjusting to taste based on preferred sweetness level.
  • Pour the mixture into small serving cups for individual portions or into a shallow dish if you prefer cutting into cubes.
  • Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until completely set, or use freezer for 45-60 minutes for faster results.
  • Serve directly from cups or cut into cubes if using a dish. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
