Instructions
Pour 1 cup of water or sugar-free fruit juice into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Do not boil.
Add the unflavored gelatin powder to the hot liquid, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until completely dissolved with no lumps.
Remove from heat and stir in your chosen sweetener, adjusting to taste based on preferred sweetness level.
Pour the mixture into small serving cups for individual portions or into a shallow dish if you prefer cutting into cubes.
Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until completely set, or use freezer for 45-60 minutes for faster results.
Serve directly from cups or cut into cubes if using a dish. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
